What is Cape King?
Cape King provides top quality locally produced chicken, Halaal certified chicken.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No we don’t but to maximize value and cover transport and packaging costs we charge a R100 delivery fee. If the order is above R1,000 then delivery is free.
Where do you deliver to?
Currently we are in Cape Town and hence we deliver to a 20KM radius around Cape Town for free as long as your order is more than R1,000 and you are within the selected area.
We also deliver to Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Wellington and Paarl but unfortunately we do charge a R100 delivery fee.
We are looking to launch in other major cities soon so stay tuned!
What's the delivery timeframe?
You can select a delivery date that suits you best at checkout. Normally it takes between 1-3 days for your meat to be delivered to you.
What is the average shelf life of each product?
As we cut products only once you order this gives you the maximum shelf life which is:
- Fresh Chicken – 3-5 days
- Crumbed products
- Frozen Chicken
- Other items
What is your refund policy?
If you aren’t happy with any of the products in your order and are able to share more details about the issues, we will refund 100% of items where there were issues. Contact us at [email protected] and we can discuss further
